CHENNAI: Indian Bank will be offering home loans under ‘festival offer 2010' at 8 per cent (fixed) for first year, 9 per cent (fixed) for second and third years. From fourth year the loans will carry variable or fixed rate of interest (as chosen by the applicant at the time of applying the loan) linked to base rate prevailing then, says a release.
