Milestone of India - Ordinary pilgrims allowed to witness Lord Balaji's ‘Abhishekam' (Andhrapradesh - India.)

TIRUMALA: With the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) deciding to allow ordinary devotees to witness ‘Abhishekam' of Lord Venkateswar, for the first time in the temple history, over 550 devotees on Friday had darshan of the Lord during the weekly ritual.

The Abhishekam (celestial bath) is performed to the main deity inside the Tirumala temple every Friday and tickets for this particular seva are in great demand.
The very fact that the tickets for this most sought after seva are being reserved in advance up to the year 2060, speaks of its high demand among the people.
OM NAMO NARAYANAYA !
