NEW DELHI: The Indian boys beat Russia 3-0 in the first play-off match for the 13th to 16th places in the junior Davis Cup world group tennis competition in San Louis Potosi, Mexico.
India will meet Latvia which beat Mexico 2-1, in the match for the 13th place.
The results: India beat Russia 3-0 (Arjun Kadhe bt Georgy Shashkanov 6-1, 6-4; Ronit Bisht bt Evgeny Karlovskiy 6-3, 6-2; Arjun Kadhe and Ramkumar Ramanathan bt Evgeny Karlovskiy and Georgy Shashkanov 6-4, 7-6(3)) .
